Hearing about Java a lot being asked in placement interviews and also because of its application in Android Development and back-end stuff, I decided to start with Java as my first programming language.
After getting some knowledge about Java and OOPS, I decided to apply my skills and so I started with Android Development.
During the process of learning about Android Development, I heard a lot about Web Development and so decided to take a look at the tools and technologies used for Web Development. I started with HTML & basic CSS like every web developer does.✌
To make my websites interactive and more pleasing, I learnt JavaScript. I focused only on Vanilla JavaScript and used to avoid any tools or third-party libraries for development.
I started to develop interest in web animations and SVG icons and therefore for creating my own icons, I started to use Adobe XD (as it is free👌). Then I also learnt about advanced css properties to make my svgs more alive.
It was time to start learning a JavaScript library/framework. I thought React.js would be good choice because of the increasing popularity of MERN stack development. I also tried Angular.js but found it a little non-flexible so I decided to stick with React.js
Learnt about the importance of competitive programming other than development and so started learning C++ as it's the most preferred language for CP.
